2017 News & Shows
In 2016, we were not in the show circuit as the farmstead was under renovation, we move out temporarily and living down at Narrawallee, South Coast NSW.
2017, we were back to the swing of it. As our first show for the year was Gunning and we came away well in the show with loads of ribbons. All other shows had been a success too and we are happy with the results of our breeding program.
We had quite a hugh success with our crias of 2016, in total we had 34 drops and all turning out to have good conformation, well grown and stunning fleeces. Most of the older crias are now ready to be joined and we are expecting a total of 41 drops this year from previous mating.
This year, we will be in participating in the National Alpaca Week for the first time after 9 years of being an alpaca breeder. So it is quite exciting for us and we are looking forward to it.
Results of our 2017 shows is in the next section.... More news to come!
